"Very good overall."

"This is a great resort location but a little inconvenient and somewhat isolated. The rooms are spacious and well serviced. There is 24 hour staffing but limited to basic needs. There are no dining options at the location itself and nearby eating options are limited. The hotel offers free entry to a local onsen about 5-10 minute drive from the hotel. "This place is a bit different to the chain hotels that I usually stay in, but in a good way. I stayed in a 'Japanese style' room, which was very spacious with a comfortable futon. The bathroom was a 'wet room' style, with a deep bath and a shower area next to it, onsen-style. The kitchen area has a single induction hob, which is really just to use with the kettle so don't plan on doing any cooking (I wasn't planning on it, so no problem there). "ホテルの向かい側にショッピングモールがあり、食事にも困りませんでした。 フロントの方も丁寧で親切でした。大浴場はすごく大きいというほどではありませんでしたが、足を伸ばしてお風呂に入れて気持ちよかったです。"

"カワウソのぬいぐるみの忘れ物をしたと思うが、チェックアウト後だったため部屋に戻れず 問い合わせ先にもつながらず、諦めて退室しました 全く人がいないのはやはりダメではないかと 入口の机が忘れ物置き場のようでしたが、スマートウォッチが入ってました。過去の利用者の忘れ物とは思うが、利用者に一報連絡する、もしくはせめてもの警察に届ける等すべき"
