"Very clean place, rooms are upgraded. Hotel appears to be fairly new. Expect to pay for parking, breakfast. There is a small cocktail bar with a great bartender. Easy to accessible location in downtown Worchester. "

"The web page said there was a restaurant on the property. When we arrived, we were told there was not and the web had not been updated. That was important for us. we would have gone to another hotel if we had known. Also, housekeeping only cleans the room every three days while you stay there. They should at least get the trash and see if you need anything. "
