"Travelled with a family member and was very happy to find a place near to other family who live in the area. Hotel is clean, bright, modernized. They are about to open a full kitchen adjacent to the very acceptable continental breakfast area which is presently available. Only issue is the creaky floors but they are not more than a bit of a distraction."

"Property is a bit dated, but clean, quiet, and suited our needs. I was surprised that our room had no microwave ( I went out and bought an electric kettle for my nightly Tea). Parking lot was a short walk across the property, quite a ways from our room...I prefer closer to the bldg., but it wasn't raining, so we survived. Comfortable place for families...pool looked nice. "Ot is a beautiful propperty with spacious and clean rooms. That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel. I was not told about Housekeeping, when check out is on my departure, or even what stores or amenities are nearby. The second day of my stay, I did have a helpful...
