"This property was clean, beds were comfortable but the room decor is hideous, hallway decor hideous, furniture was not comfortable to sit on and no coffee, sparse towels and amenities. Not much thought for the customer comfort. "

"Overall experience great after we had to switch rooms due to non working safe. No fault of hotel, but also very loud at night from police and loud cars going by. Full Breakfast pretty plain. Scrambled eggs and then some kind of meat and potatoes. Continental breakfast better buy. Close to Beale Street, horse drawn carriages, and Peabody if you want to see the ducks. If you are okay walking a half mile, you can take public transportation anywhere. "

"I loved the atmosphere of the property, felt alive instead of stale and dry. Honestly the only issue thus far was the extra linen for the let out couch appeared unclean. "
