"It was perfect for what we needed. Needed a place to stay the night before our cruise. Very friendly service and were able to check in early. Good location."

"The airport shuttle was very convenient. The cruise port shuttle operator, run by an outside company, probably needs customer service training and was not organized at all. We always love the included breakfast buffets and specifically choose Embassy Suites for this. Coffee at this location however was not good. Maybe change to a different brand. Otherwise a quick, but as always, wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Miami!"

"Love this place. Its close to everything. The room was nice clean no smell. They made my bed everyday and made sure my room was clean. Front desk was nice. Easy check in. A lot of shops and restaurants. "

"Very convenient for overnight stay prior to cruise. Arrived early, was able to enjoy the adjacent Bayside Marketplace. Shuttle service to the cruise port for a nominal fee of $8pp in the AM was perfect. "

"Great hotel to spend the night either before or after flight. The young man on the desk ( dark curly hair) was really welcoming, even though we arrived at 11.30 in the evening. Rooms are large and clean. Hotel needs a bit of TLC but there is a pool and breakfast is more than adequate. Value for money is excellent. "
