“The first room we were given, had sheets that were slept in and simply straightened out. The mattress had huge stains on it. And so did one of the pillows. Completely unacceptable. Extremely friendly staff at the front desk, were horrified at what I found and got me another room right away. That is the only reason this hotel did not get one star. Cleaning staff should be disciplined for this lapse.”

“Terrible experience I was traveling back to Florida with my dog, husband and baby. I stood in room 324 roaches in the room and the carpet super dirty. I told the staff and nobody paid attention to me, I was told a manager would reach out to me and nobody ever did. Please do not stay here.”

“What a great hotel! We've stayed at so many in Florence, but first time here. Very nice. Love that the pool is outside!! Love the room with nice big fridge and freezer, we got ice cream from Brusters and put it in the freezer till we were ready to have it. Was a nice night for sitting out by the pool, and quiet, some hotels have nothing but highway noise. Pool was clean and the water was nice. Not too cold! Good breakfast! Lots of topping choices for the plain yogurt, very good. Hot foods,……
