「Love the theme and decor, staff always helpful and polite. Bed is comfortable, breakfast is good. 」

「Always love the social hour and free drinks. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean.」

「Had a great room, 2 queens and sofa was comfy enough to sleepin too. Only negative was breakfast area is too small and staff didn't keep it filled up with stuff, no napkins, coffee, food, etc... this was during their busy time but they didn't seem able to see what was low and get on it.」

「Absolutely delightful. Check in clerk was fantastic. Best decorated hotel anywhere. So clean. Bed was super comfy. The little details were so nice. And the ease of access to hot tub was a great feature. The included breakfast is NOT your typical continental breakfast, on a Sunday at least. I would call it the buffet of 100 selections. Great coffee. Des Lux will be our go to hotel in Des Moines. 」

「Staff is not friendly at all. The services at RAMADA hotels are getting worse. I won't recommend staying at RAMADA hotels. They don't care about their own reputations at all. 」

「We were visiting Drake Law School and wanted a close place. The outside of the building was non assuming and a bit confusing as it didn’t look like a typical hotel. The room was huge and it was a pleasant surprise for sure !」
