"Good location. I took an art workshop in town so this was a convenient location for my class. Room was small but well appointed. Some classmates also stayed at this hotel and they were on a noisy lower floor. Walls are thin so depending on the location of your room, it might be noisy. "

"We have stayed here all 5 trips to Mayo Clinic. Super clean and friendly. Great location. Free shuttle to the clinic and back throughout the day. Lots of food choices within walking distance. "

"This is our go to hotel when we come to Rochester for our wrestling events! They have a huge pool and hot tub for the kids , and the staff have always been so wonderful and kind!! "

"The stay was very nice. I appreciated the condition and comfort. Sadly as we were leaving we had to walk trough a group of employees smoking right outside the front door. There was no way to avoid them or the smoke. "

"I enjoyed all the ammenities offered including the complimentary breakfast and dinner. Was very helpful since i was staying for a procedure (surgery). The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed all the hotel had to offer. I definitely plan on coming back again... hopefully not for surgery "
