"The location was fantastic for walking around downtown, and the room was clean while the staff was friendly. There were some small damages in the bathroom (cracked tiles and tub) and the TV in the living area had poor signal that made it unusable "

"Parking is a nightmare. I only got instructions for parking after I checked in. Lobby is on the 12th floor and elevators are touch pad outside elevators. "

"Overall pretty good. Had to change rooms due to a broken window and room smelling like smoke, but the concierge did a great job accommodating us and took us for our word. Room was a bit dated but bed was comfortable. Kind of out of the way from anything fun but free parking was a plus. "

"beds are small, room a bit dark and no view. Interesting historical building but no food allowed in lobby area (unless paid for teh restaurant menu) location is good, close to union station, PATH"

"Got an early check in, Sri Lankan guy at the front desk from Colombo was super nice and lady at check out was amazing too, gave late check out. The manager’s are not the best, got attitude and think they Own the world. Good stay "

"We're from out of town and called to see if we could check in early, they upgraded our room for free and it was fairly clean (ants were in the bathroom) but the overall experience was quite pleasant."
