"Ice machine on my floor was broken"

"The property was very nice, room was comfortable. Room was always straightened up and restocked everyday. We ate at Freidmans one night it was okay, definitely better restuarants around. We went to the concierge to get help with getting transportation to the pier, we stood there for at least 10 minutes while he completely ignored us and was typing on his phone. "

"This hotel is in a great location, service was very good, room was extremely narrow, probably the smallest I’ve stayed at, great affiliation with the water tower at Arlo Williamsburg as we got in for free. Would highly recommend if you only plan on sleeping there. Beds and pillows were very comfortable too! "

"We were given a wonderfully sized room, and loved it. The location is very central. Everything on property is truly quite great - the gym, rooftop bar (a bit overpriced for breakfast, but it is also inclusive of open bar), all of the foods that we had was good. Looking forward to our next stay. "

"Lily at concierge desk is an asset to your Marquise company. Lily is very kind, knowledgeable and loves her job. Excellent customer service is her gift. Many guest trying to check in and Lily made us felt we were the only 2 guest at the resort. Lily shares a wonderful personality and we look forward meeting her again.
