"It was fine. The hotel is very well-located, close to Michigan Av and close to the subway as well. The design of the hotel is amazing congrats guys. Good option for young people who want to meet other people travelling because the hotel has a bar and during the weekends the bar has a lot of life. "

"Very upscale, but maintained property. It was clean, and the room was very comfortable with a nice view. I wouldn’t recommend for smaller kids as it has more of an adult only vibe but they were still really accommodating and friendly to me and my daughter. The bistro they have on the first level has really good food and an awesome Happy Hour. It was in a convenient location to both the subway and bus stops. I would stay here again! "

We were so touched by their kindness and really made our stay truly amazing in every way. We eloped to Chicago and staying at the Royal Sonesta was the perfect place to stay. "Very comfortable, clean, and convenient. Stayed 5 nights with my family while participating in the Old Town Art Fair. Full breakfast each day was good. Red line metro access is within a half block. Direct bus to Old Town (15 min ride) is around the block.Jewel Osco grocery store is across the street on Ohio & State. Lots of restaurants within a block. Area was safe for city. Have to have a room key to access the elevators to access room levels. Parking is valet only and is $79. Suggest booking parking at the 33 Ontario Garage that is right next to the hotel- $14 day parking, $33 overnight. The garage uses Park Chirp app. "

"Hotel Felix was a smaller hotel but didn’t feel like one. Our room was small, but it was affordable, walkable to everything, the staff was kind, and there was free coffee and fruit every morning. Would return!"
