"Pamela was so nice! She helped me at the front desk. She let me check in a little bit early and was very clear when explaining anything related to my booking. The room was nice, and there’s a lovely pub nearby (The Three Magpies) where I had some delicious lamb. It was very easy to take a bus from the airport and walk here, and I’ll likely come back at the end of my stay in London."

"The room was clean and neat. The shower was great, very powerful. I didn't eat at the restaurants or interact with staff other than to check in and out (I stayed for 2 nights). Staff were nice. The only downsides for me were that the room was cold and the walls were thin. I could hear other people talking and laughing loudly in their rooms, and I could hear other people's showers going off. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"Good choice for staying near the airport. Impressed by insulation from the airport noise. Runways and take offs were clearly visible from our room, and we never heard a sound while watching a jet take off. "

"The lobby was absolutely stunning, as was the rest of the hotel. Beautiful decorations. Room was a bit small but I was staying by myself so I didn’t mind. Location was great, about a 2 minute walk from the Queensway Train station, which basically takes you right into the city. Feels very safe for someone traveling alone! "

"The beds were uncomfortable they definitely need new mattresses. Great location near the train station quick to get places a great quiet area! I didn’t like that the security guards don’t help with opening doors when exiting with luggage. Pretty decent overall. "

"Considering this is an airport hotel, it was very, very quiet. Plenty of space in the room and was nice to be asked at check in if we wanted a bath or shower. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom including conditioner and body lotion. But the room was incredibly hot despite keeping the air on on full fan and lowest setting all night. Had we arrived earlier we would have asked at reception to either move room or see if they had a fan. But as we’d been delayed we just wanted to go straight to bed...

"The staff was incredible. Last night of long trip and we were upgraded to a suite. Many thanks to Pankaj and Tariq. Only at hotel for 12 hours as we were between connecting flights but great relaxing night with room service. The only improvement I’d offer on website is clearer instructions on how to get to hotel via public transportation as within Heathrow hotel ring but not walking distance from terminals. Cab is easiest and about 7 pounds one way. We took the bus. From terminal 3 we walked...

"Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing some renovations , one of which are the elevators. There were only two working elevators and there would be a ridiculously long line every time I wanted to go to my room. Then, of course, the elevators would be full when they were gong down . Everyone was frustrated and complaining . Our room was supposed to come with bathrobes and we asked repeatedly but got nothing. Finally someone from housekeeping told us they no longer had them.
