"Sapphire Falls has a great boat service to Universal parks, quick and convenient. The lobby , tavern and pool area are lovely. The staff was woderful. The pool is very nice, the only problem we had was there isnt a second pool. Twice during our 4 day stay, we couldnt use the pool due to 'chemical imbalance". Chose the hotel for the beautiful pool and extremely disappointed we couldn't use it! They need a second pool, just for diapered guests. "

"Wonderful in every way - just perfect for a visit to Walt Disney World! We were delighted by the warm and friendly service, comfortable rooms, and tasty breakfast. Also really handy to have free parking right outside the hotel."

"This property is excelent with room cleanliness and amenities second to none. The only problem we have - the property is so big and at night it is very hard to find the place you stay. By during the it ia not a problem - easy to find the staff who is very helpful. There are plenty of good place to eat close to the property. And it is very close to Epcot where we spent couple of days."

"Loved the big entrance and pool area and prompt courteous, professional service yet such a family friendly and affordable stay! Only wish was heated pools. But really it was overall wonderful! "

"Check in was quick and accommodating. Large rooms. Hotel has a nice layout. Two very fine restaurants for dining. Nice splash pad for kids. I'd visit again. "

"The room with beds was sold out, I don't know why I still could book this. But the staff arranged a room with a sofa bed and gave us a refund."

"It was our first time travelling to Disney World so we decided to stay at the Hilton as it was a really short walk to Disney Springs. We had a great stay the whole time, no concerns with cleanliness or anything else related to the room. The hotel is nice, staff is friendly & helpful :)."

"This hotel is very convenient to Disney Springs, a five minute walk. The rooms and common areas are clean and well decorated. The bathrooms however are small and not well lit. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are very small and difficult to squeeze. Be sure to bring your own. "
