"Very good. First it's location next to Lincoln Center is great. We got the handicapped room we needed. Appreciated spacious layout of the room and bathroom. The room was clean, we could open a window and the heat/ac worked continuously to provide a constant temperature and air quality. The darkness of the halls and lobby take a bit of getting used to but once in the room or outside there's plenty of light. "

"This facility is super nice, and very convenient and walkable to many restaurants and bars. I was told by phone that there was parking on site, which there is not, and this was problematic for our stay. However, there is a secured parking lot a few blocks away, and the gentlemen that worked there were tremendous!! Very customer service-oriented and provide a safe parking environment. The hotel was great, with security on-site, and it is in a good neighborhood - felt very safe at night walkng...

"We were a family of four - location was perfect for sightseeing and transport- we used the LIRR to return to airport and rooms were clean, comfortable and quirky!! The room allowance worked well and we spent this in the lovely bakery attached to the hotel. We all enjoyed a six night stay here!!"
