"We were not told that the restaurant would be closed, as were most in the village. Getting room service was a nightmare, the phones did not work properly and we had to go through the front desk each time. Very annoying."

"The property is spectacular! Well designed for luxury as well as intimacy. But for us, the true standout was the staff. Friendly, attentive, always asking what more they can do. Rarely do you get to know all of them on a first name basis. Top flight service!"
