"The location is great and the rooms are fine. The lobby was almost always chaotic with long lines at check in. The destination fee is annoying, and all the supposed freebies that the fee covers appeared on our bill. When I went to the desk to talk to them about it, they removed all those charges (internet, restaurant credits, etc). "

"Very upscale, but maintained property. It was clean, and the room was very comfortable with a nice view. I wouldn’t recommend for smaller kids as it has more of an adult only vibe but they were still really accommodating and friendly to me and my daughter. The bistro they have on the first level has really good food and an awesome Happy Hour. It was in a convenient location to both the subway and bus stops. I would stay here again! "
