"Just old. Good but old. And noisy witty the train nearby and the curtains don’t close right so light comes in super early so not sleeping past 6:30 am"

"First room that we were given was dirty. However, after talking with the front desk we were given a new room that was clean and beautiful. "

"Was clean and modern. Walking distance to everything. Can for HOF and guardians game and was easily walkable. Room was fresh and modern with everything I needed. Had breakfast at the Burnham and wasn’t disappointed both times. Would definitely stay there again"

"The staff and room was great. It's noisy but your near the Cleveland Clinic so it is to be expected. It's not walkable and it's not near restaurants but there's always food delivery. It's a quick Uber ride to downtown."

Special gratitude to the wonderful restaurant 45 host/manager who found and notified me very quickly that I'd accidently left my wallet, crucial to my visit, in the restaurant. Truly a beautiful person that went above and beyond to contact me and get it back to me. Truly a special man that that deserves special recognition for helping me at a time when I needed it most. His kindness will never be forgotten by me. "

"The place is very nice. The room very nice. The comforters the bed though had old makeup on it and stains. Said something about it to the front desk and she was not too worried about it. Kinda sad that it was not cleaned properly. Kinda takes away the energy of the place. "

"We struggle with checking in for the car garage parking and we did not have Wi-Fi for the first 24 hours. Our room was amazing! Three college friends outing and we were blown away on all the space, storage and location"

"Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! Thanks so much, Dee, for your wonderful hospitality!!!"

"We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"

"This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "
