"Clean and nice rooms with great views. Outdoor pool must be heated as it was nice and warm beginning of May. Walking distance to Times Square, Theater district and Central Park. Subway entrance across the street. Tour bus pick-up at entrance. Only complaint, was the elevators having a hard time keeping up with the amount of people needing to use it. Long wait times and cramped in the elevators. Would stay there again if going back to New York City. "

"The location was perfect for my purposes. The room was SO SMALL!!! There wasn't even a spot for me to put my toothbrush on the tiny sink, which was literally inches from the bed. And knowing that I could turn on the television or change the volume with my foot while in bed as the tv was that close is somewhat amusing."

"The electronic checkin was a great feature. Our room had a problem with the AC as this was shutting off automatically after about 20 minutes. Maintenance looked at it, but did not fix it (unfortunately as we “fried” overnight without AC. The property is well located and we would definitely stay there again……with AC that works!!!"
