「Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails

「Our stay was excellent! We opted for a Family Select swim out room and it was totally worth the upgrades. Our son woke up every morning and swam first thing while we ordered room service for breakfast. The beach was not crowded at all and the staff was so accommodating and welcoming. 「My family just returned from a 5 day stay at this hotel and we could not have been happier- the property is modern and is beautifully decorated as well as very clean in all areas. 「This property uses a system of code bar to enter the property since there is no staff after 6pm. The code bar was sent to my phone but never worked.
