"Loved the hotel. Worked great for us. We had stayed at the APA close by which was nice but this was great for our last week here. BREAKFAST - if you don’t get it included with your package it is 5,000 YEN. Way too much for what they are offering. So many easy quick options for a fraction of the cost. Starbucks for one is very close. "

You have one of the best luggage storage department in Tokyo and in the country. The staff help customers to store from a few hours to a few days and to retrieve when they depart or to proceed check in. #3 is the major reason why I kept returning to Prince Shinagawa."

"We were lucky to get an upgrade to a king suite. The room was HUGe. We had a view of Mount Fuji and was spectacular at sunset. Very close to the metro and easy to navigate. Walkable to so much!"

"I stayed here twice on my recent Japan holiday. The hotel is in a great location near the temple, restaurants and train station. The buffet breakfast is excellent and they have free drinks in the afternoon each day. The staff are very polite and friendly too."
