This hotel is conveniently located - 5 minute walk to the Suehirocho subway stop. Clean and comfortable but VERY small, so claustrophobic!

The hotel is great and comfortable, will definitely stay at the APA Hotel chain again. Would like to have a heads up on the sustainability policies of the property to be fully aware of how the room temperature will be like.

There is a charge ¥1000/hrs if check in early than 3pm and/or check out later than 10am. What a surprise for 10am check out? (through the extra charge is not that bad). And you get called on the hour for extra charge (I got called at 10 & 11 twice) I recommend their ¥1400 buffet breakfast that’s much better than outside. Rooms are very very small/compact. Everything else follows Japanese standards in my opinion.

Property is upscale and nice. We ended up accidentally booking a smoking room, and the smell was noticable, but only for a few minutes and not overwhelming. Not the hotels fault but mine. If we had been in a non-smoking room I'm sure they'd be even better. 5 star rating. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
