“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“We liked the flexibility to do several different activities throughout the day or just chill by the pool. We didn’t like that they switched our rooms from the suite to a room on upper level with stairs to rooftop. The suites are more roomy with 2 bathrooms. There were several maintenance issues with my sisters room which included her electricity going off and on.”
