However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?」

「Staff were great, everything was clean except the top of the shower where the tile meets the wall. They need to spend some time cleaning the mold stains. Other than that, everything else was clean and pool/hot tub were excellent after a long day on I-5.」
