「Spacious room. Nicely decorated. Wifi was great especially since we had no signal on our phones. Firm bed. Fridge and microwave in room. Shower tub was wide and had non slip surface! Nice towels and washcloths. Cotton balls and qtips at sink. Keurig coffee maker in room. TV had some caching issues but, hey, we were up on a mountain. 「We did not know that the motel had NO office, NO written instructions about process, and NO personnel on site. We did not see any statement on the website (or posted at the motel) about that method of operation, or we would not have made the reservation.
