“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“A perfect getaway weekend. A hotel coffee offers everything you can want more. The only criticism was the Spa whole area could be bigger and they did not be the Jacuzzi which I think it should be heated. Otherwise it’s wonderful.”

“酒店硬件设施非常棒 环境也很好 但是酒店的服务人员态度不好 没有笑脸 回复也不及时；第一天下午让他们送牙刷 答应说会送到我们房间 但当我们晚上10点多回到房间 却没有送到 ；第二天上午又去要了一次 结果还是没有送；直到第三次要求才送过来”
