It wasnt explained well where to check in and therefore I waited downstairs for an hour where I felt dismissed and wasnt given much direction when told to go upstairs. The room was nice as the pictures but some weird holes in walls... The difficulty in speaking to staff was hard at times English to Spanish, even with simple words. The food at the restaurant was really good. The prices were good as well. The housekeeper never cleaned our room and the phone……

“We were a group of four and booked one of their apartment suites — it was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was also a major plus. It’s close to a wide variety of restaurants and in an area full of amenities, shops, and dining options, which made everything super convenient. Whether you want to grab a bite, do some shopping, or just explore the neighborhood, everything is right around the corner. Overall, a great stay with a unique twist……
