「Sunscape coco’s staff were very accommodating. After having dealt with a flight delay upon arrival, I received a room upgrade for free and with that I had a 24 hour personal concierge. His name was Steavens and he had helped me arrange restaurant reservations, a birthday cake for my son’s birthday, and was quickly available to respond to any inquiries I had. Myself and my family had an amazing time and we enjoyed the overall experience. Thank you Sunscape and Expedia! 」

「It’s a beautiful place but there were quite a few things that made my stay an unpleasant one: No TV in the sitting area. When there is a TV, the remote is missing. No hot water one morning, when reported to front desk, clerk Hacell asked me if I knew how to use the faucet. I put him in his place. Room is switched.
