While it would be nicer if the breakfast can start earlier at 7am, the selections are plenty for a continental breakfast and it's included in the stay. The hotel services, room facilities and room condition are all good, however, the noise caused by the water pipes in Room 611 was not acceptable, which was last from the evening to almost whole night for almost every nights we stayed there, even though we closed the room door. The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is right near Manchester Piccadilly train station and there are plenty of cafes and supermarkets downstairs. It……

“If your not familiar with hostels, your in a for a bit of a shock. There is 12-15 rooms that share 3 bathrooms. 2 break areas with a fridge and microwave sink etc. The dishes and some food are communal. Be aware sharing is not required but there is little space to put things in your room. The bed was small and thin more like a mat, not a traditional mattress. It was very firm. Pillows were rather hard as well. The heat was not working in this room but it had a space heater, that seems……

“Clean, new building. Partition between rooms could have been more soundproofed but close to Ealing Broadway for walking and nice neighbourhood. Was more AirBnB than Guesthouse but reasonably priced. ”
