"The refrigerator would not stay cold. Made it difficult to keep medication cold. I had to buy a cooler to do so. There were no garbage bags in the waste baskets. Luckily,I had Walmart bags, since I had to purchase a cooler, to place in baskets. Some icky stuff corroded on the front side of the desk. We cleaned it off. Kinda gross to be honest, whatever it was. Didnt receive our $10 off coupons at check in for bypassing housekeeping. The coupon could be used off dining at the hotel. That was corrected by our waitress at The Shoreline and when we returned to the hotel, there was another coupon on our door that evening. So, to sum it up this was my 2nd stay at this hotel, and I would absolutely stay again. The above comments arent make or break for me. Stuff happens, just making you aware."

"Hotel is new and really clean. Staff is amazing! Room was comfortable and decent size. Very clean. Breakfast has a lot of options. Coffee, tea and juices are available 24/7 at the lounge. Lounge is quiet and spacious. Hotel is located a few minites from i90 and on 290. Just 15min from Erie and 20min from Presque Isle. We will definitelly chose this hotel for a future Erie trip. "
