「This was a perfectly unique and special experience. Matt was amazing to work with for arrival and departure. Timely and exactly as Liam said everything would be. They put special touches on the stay, ice bucket, two waters, beach towels, our name on a cute sign, a cooler, extra covers and everything you need for a Glamping stay on the water! Camping at its best! We definitely plan to come back and will recommend this stay to our friends. This is perfect for outdoor lovers and adventurous people...

「Glen & Abby are wonderful people. They went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I. We are grateful that they allowed us to get married on Serenity, it was absolutely perfect. If you're looking for something different this is it....it's a completely different vibe than your typical hotel or VRBO rental. And I highly recommend having them take you out on the sunset cruise it's worth every penny and you won't regret it. Thanks again Glenn & Abby it was a weekend we'll never forget.」

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The facilities are outdated, and the room I was given initially had a very small balcony with a broken balcony door that wouldn’t close properly—possibly due to humidity and poor maintenance. I booked a “sea view room with balcony” online, but the balcony was tiny, there was no sea view at all, and the door was broken. When I requested to cancel the booking upon check-in, the hotel refused. They offered to change my room but only to one without a balcony, and refused to refund the price difference. I had booked for two nights. The front desk told me that if I didn’t stay the first night, I could get a refund for the second night—but not the first. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said the manager would only be available the next morning at 9 AM. I reluctantly stayed the first night, thinking I would speak to the manager the next day and get the second night refunded. However, when I finally met the manager, they said the second night was also non-refundable. In the end, I paid full price for a room that did not match what I booked and received no compensation or proper assistance. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
