「Nice spot away from the crowd but close enough to walk/scoot/bike to. If you plan on parking its first come first serve and not a lot of room for vehicles in the gravel driveway. Maybe 5 cars max if guests know how to park efficiently. If not then youll have to scout the street for a spare spot. I rented a scooter so no issue for finding parking in the driveway. Easy check in and the room( I stayed in the Havana) was small but big enough for one person; two if your spouse packs light and is easy...

「The overall experience was very convenient and pleasant.The house and pool were very clean and nicely appointed. Our room’s bathroom could use some shelving or space to set items down. The AC was quite loud right above the bed and that is my only complaint but overall it was very pleasant and more reasonably priced than many places. Having parking at our residence was a huge benefit.」

「The penthouse was even more beautiful in person than shown in the photos! The view of the water was amazing, and there was plenty of space inside and on the (huge) balcony for me and my family to relax. Having access to the pool and private beach were also highlights, and it is conveniently located near Smathers Beach! The owners had everything setup and ready for us, and we had the best time! We will definitely be coming back!」

「We spent a week in Key West at this nice little main floor one bedroom suite. The location is great, and walkable to anywhere you might want to go in Key West. Parking was pretty easy...always found a spot within a 1/2 block. The area is safe and quiet, but really easy to get to all the great sites and the beaches. If you are considering a trip to Key West, Marilyn's place is a great place to stay. Thank you, Marilyn for having us!」

「The location of the home was top notch - only a few minutes walk to Duval, but still very quiet and relaxing for when you return. 「I rent a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of the best condos I have ever stayed at. It was very clean. It was very comfortable and I have to specifically comment on the beds. They were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a condo. My friends said their bed was very very comfortable too. Also the location of this condo right by the pool is very convenient. And to sit on the patio and enjoy the wildlife out in the wetlands was very peaceful and enjoyable. I would rent his condo again.」

「The Yacht was beautiful. The marina was amazing. The marina and resort had excellent restaurants and bars. It was very cool to see all of the boats coming and going. It was an easy Uber ride to Key West and enjoy the fast pace life. Then it was wonderful to come back to the quiet of the marina. Would highly recommend a stay here.」

The property also needs some refreshing of their carpets in the corridors, service elevators and corridors. The jacuzzi had one or two working jets and needs to have the floor treated.
