Very Bad communication b/w Hotels.com & this hotel
This hotel and Hotels.com DOUBLE CHARGED me. When I checked out, the hotel told me that under my booking arrangment, I had to pay on site. I checked my credit card and there was no charge from Hotels.com. Since I had to leave, so I did pay. Afterward, Hotels.com charged my card. I looked at the credit card record today and found that out. I called and went to this Hotel and they told me its not their problem but Hotels.com. I cant find a complaint contact so I wrote up this comment. Please email me back on settlement. Thank you.
