Hotel did not give a room despite asking me to wait for 1 your upon arrival at the lobby. I had to chase them for the room and the situation was mitigated by giving me a coffee voucher at the lobby bar.
Room service was below par as many items were sold out when I called to order on multiple occasions. The last straw was when I ordered Classic French Toast but was given 2 pieces of white and wholemeal bread was orange jam for spread! And the order took 30 minutes to arrive for such a simply fulfilled order. However I did not protest at my server as I was rushing for time to catch the train to HK but I was furious that this was the standard given to me by a hotel in the Hilton chain. Frankly, it was unacceptable.

Overall value for money.
Airport Shuttle Service was good and reliable !
There is shuttle bus that bring guest to nearby shopping complex and train or rail system though it can be frustrating - the bus didn’t turn up as schedule.
Can do more thorough cleaning of toilet and shower areas- stain were present.
Overall is good I'm not impressed more than the first time. One thing we do not okay is. About the limousine service we agreed to pick up at the wrong airport, the bus did not pick us up at the airport. We spend a lot of time waiting for the bus to reach the hotel.
