“位置非常方便，面對早川，櫻花季節酒店前即可欣賞到櫻花～酒店內設施齊全，入住時職員非常親切帶路介紹各個地方和設施，最喜歡面對河川的戶外足湯、大浴場和禮品店。我們的早晚餐都在房裡進行，有一位管家照顧，熟知酒店和餐飲食材，每餐細心介紹豐富食物，亦會非常友善和我們聊幾句。這次住宿非常放鬆，隨時可以享受溫泉，餐飲非常美味。謝謝管家的悉心照顧，我們很開心到河鹿莊住宿！希望將來可以買到河鹿莊特製的餐前酒，真的一試難忘！”

“Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip.”

“東橫 INN作為連鎖酒店品牌一向有口碑，這一家小田原站東橫 INN離小田原站很近，而斜對面就是MINAKA小田原，是幢複合性商業設施，吃、買也不愁，再者，小田原站本身就已經有一個小商場，設超市、餐廳及其他商店。我們選的是雙床房，比預期大，擺放物品空間足，早餐是自助形式，選擇豐富，偏向日式，而且，方便趕早車的客人，提供外帶盒，可以自助取一大份「早餐便當」。個人而言，如果不一定要住溫泉旅館，住在小田原感覺更方便，因為在箱根裡面，很多店舖也很早關門。”

“My wife and I visited Nazuna Hakone Miyanoshita. as part of our honeymoon and absolutely loved our stay. The room was clean and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals prepared by the staff. We received terrific service, especially from Akiko and Uematsu who both were extremely gracious hosts. They both went the extra mile to make our honeymoon perfect in every way and even made us honeymoon keepsakes. We highly recommend Hakone Miyanoshita and can't wait to visit again soon!”

The building is very new, and the view was stunning—especially with the tall green trees, which added to the cool and tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again.”

“房間有私人風呂是相當方便及享受，令今次渡假加分。用餐是有私人的房間，很窩心及增加用餐嘅舒適感。由步入大堂開始，便要脫鞋，酒店內只能穿着襪或拖鞋，感覺是清潔的。入住前收到酒店的電郵，詢問有關有冇任何食物敏感，很細心。早餐很豐富，十分美味。”
