"This property is in a great location with great space for a family of 6! The island doesn't have many options for dining so most of our meals were at "home". The open living area was great for spending time together whether eating or relaxing. This was my husband's first time on the island, so he was very impressed with the plentiful deer. The views from this home and back deck were amazing! A great, quiet, relaxing place to visit!"

"Highly recommend! The king bed was extremely comfortable! There were a few things that could be improved. The shower in the main bath had little water pressure, but we managed fine all sharing the shower off the master bedroom. But the floor of that tub was extremely slippery(!) - Could be solved with a grab bar, mat, or appliqués on the tub floor surface. The towels had a funny smell like insecticide? "My daughter, grand baby (1 1/2) and I stayed here for Marine boot camp graduation. It was a beautiful place great location and Donna could not have been nicer!! I would highly recommend staying here it is very close to Paris Island and a very reasonable price. They have toys for the baby a pack and play movies wonderful very clean I’m very happy with the experience. "

"Great stay with our college daughter and dog. Host thought of everything - wagon, beach cabana, beach chairs, frisbee, and a fully stocked kitchen. The fenced yard was great for our dog, and we enjoyed the fire pit on cool evenings. The cottage is a super short walk to the beach and one block down is the Burkes Beach access that has a bathroom and dog wash/shower stations. Great area.
