“We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Allure overall. The location is great if you want to be away from busy Cancun. The beach has beautiful white sand and warm water and, despite some sargassum, was mostly clean and well maintained. The hotel is small and easy to navigate. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, A/C worked well, and the bathroom was clean and modern. “What they have put on their website is not what they have. For example they charge extra money for the room because they have beach view and the view is like more than 1p miles away. They have said they have 2 queen beds and i booked for that but to go there they didn't have any queen bed. They have said they have1 big king bed but its not true they combined 2 full beds together in a way that there is nobody who can sleep at the center. Their swimming pools are so dirty.”

Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient. When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return.
