"This was exactly what we were looking for: privacy and access to nature. Cottage was well maintained and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals right in the kitchen and had to spend some time indoors due to rain, and it was no issue at all. There's some great outdoor spaces including a short trail up the hill across the road. Host was responsive to communication and the check-in/check-out process was easy. We are looking forward to coming back some day."

"I had to be in the Ellicotville area for work and we found this cute cabin to stay through VRBO. We couldn't have imagined how amazing this cabin would be. The communication with the owners was easy. Both Madeline and Bette were very helpful and polite. The view from the screened in porch into the state forest is so relaxing. The interior of the cabin is beautiful and about as relaxing as the porch. We couldn't decide whether to sit inside or outside. The location is close to town yet far enough...

"I went with a group of 16 and we had an amazing stay! It is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes from town. We had a handful of out of town folks who were driving in the dark and they found the house with ease. The place was very clean with plenty of room for our entire group. The host, Amy was quick to respond and made sure we were in complete comfort during our stay! I highly recommend and would easily stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Booking and check in were easy, all via the vrbo app. The place was as advertised, clean, and comfy. The WiFi wasn’t working, but a quick message to the owner and we figured out the power strip for the router and modem had come loose, probably during cleaning. Once plugged in everything worked great! The one downside was no snow for skiing, so we went to Niagara Falls. Would book again!"

"We had a joint bacherlor/bacherlorette party at the lodge with our entire bridal party. It is a beautiful place with so much room! The common areas like the kitchen, game room, and living room were great for us all to spend time together and it was also so nice for all of us to have our own really nice rooms to go back to when we wanted to relax. It is super clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely come back here again! Thanks for a great stay!"
