Beautiful flat that you may not wish to leave:
- Brand new flat decorated in neutral colours and drenched with natural light;
- Recently refreshed to combine the traditional Victorian exterior with a contemporary interior;
- Well-apportioned bedrooms with a king-size bed, double-size bed, plus a sofa bed (larger than a double bed) in the reception / living room;
- Full suite of amenities – washer/dryer, huge TV, SUPERFAST wifi;
- Fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances and a dishwasher;
- Tranquil garden with furniture for enjoying the summer sunshine or evening breeze;
- Egyptian cotton linens, towels, toiletries, and cooking utensils are provided for use; and,
- Reserved parking options subject to availability - please inquire first.
Guest access
- The entire flat - and garden area - is yours to enjoy! Both the flat and garden are extremely private.
- 24-hour access is easy so check-in and check-outs are quick and flexible.
Interaction with guests
- 100% response rate, usually within minutes. During your stay, I'll be generally available if you have any questions - just call or email.

Location
- The flat is located in Queen's Park is a leafy village in Central London. The flat's prime location features:
-Located in the historic and storied City of Westminster – the same borough as Buckingham Palace;
-Nearby shops (including an upscale M&S grocery store almost within sight of the flat!), pubs, cafes, restaurants, a royal park, and Britain's best Sunday farmers market;
- easy transport links to Underground, Overground, trains, and buses (9 nearby bus routes and a stop across the street)
- most importantly: it is SAFE! Neither we nor any of my guests have ever had a problem in this area.
Getting around
- Previous guests have commented on the ease and number of transport options from the flat. All London airports are approximately one hour away.
- Queen's Park Station is less than 5 minutes away and provides Overground and Tube (Bakerloo) services. Quick access - only 11 minutes - to the city center or main rail stations (Euston, Marylebone, West Hampstead, Victoria, or Paddington).
- Numerous bus routes are available within a couple minutes walk.
- Reserved parking options subject to availability - please inquire first.

I’m as flexible as possible for early luggage drop-off, early check-ins, and late check-outs so you can make the most of your holiday. If the flat is ready for you, it’s yours whenever you arrive! Please note that this won't always be possible due to other guest schedules. Additionally, this may involve a fee charged by our cleaners to change their schedules.
- Please enquire for medium- / long-term stay options, or corporate relocation packages.
- We make every effort to exceed your expectations and therefore we would appreciate your feedback.
For example, we can arrange:
- cleaning service during your stay;
- childcare services with certified/registered minders;
- on-demand dry cleaning;
- discounted car service;
- concierge service; and,
- airport pick-ups / drop-offs.
