Great Location

Cozy apartment and great location. There were some plumbing issues that rendered one shower unusable. Otherwise highly recommend.

Great location but mold

The good: This was a perfect size and fantastic location for our crew of 4. The bad: Unfortunately the master bathroom would not dry, hence there was black mold and the master bedroom had a very bad musty smell to the point the entire flat smelled and my husband had to sleep on the couch. The furniture was also very old where the third bed was very creaky so my youngest also ended up on the couch. The mold issue needs to be resolved before I would consider it safe, once resolved the flat will be absolutely perfect with an upgrade in furniture.

Thanksgiving Fanily Trip

Property was great, just a few blocks from Buckingham palace and major underground/bus stops. Neighborhood was very quiet and is very near some good restaurants and grocery stores. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Christmas weekend for family

Amazing location, nice and spacious and very comfy. A few kitchen essentials missing -tea towels, oven olives and dishwasher tablets but otherwise lovely. Nice big towels and complimentary toiletries were very appreciated

Excellent appointments and great location. Roomy and comfortable. Life was a bonus for our elderly companions. I would heartily recommend and would stay here again.

3 night stay

Overall the property is in a great location! However, the property was old, rundown and not clean. We are notified a day or so before our 3 night stay that one of the showers overflowed and could not be used for the duration of our stay. Four adults sharing one bathroom wasn’t horrible however the only working shower was full of mold and the trim around the tub had come lose and was duct taped back on. The couch and beds had seen better days. The entire apartment was smelly. The apartment desperately needs a deep clean and renovation.

Amazing location, but that is not enough to get over problems with the flat.

You can't beat the location for a London stay. Other reviews mentioned issues with mold and smell from the en suite bathroom. I asked beforehand if the issue was resolved and was assured that it was, it wasn't. There is a balcony, but it was locked and the property manager did not have a key so we had no access. There is a huge construction pit on the backside, be ready to be woken up by construction noise. The space has a nice layout that worked well for us and our two teens. Overall, mainly because of the condition of the bathrooms, we would not stay here again.

Great location, but not kept up

The location was great, it was close to everything, but the apartment was not kept well. The shower in the room was always wet as the humidity was high. It was musky in the apartment and you need to manually turn on the radiators to heat up the place. May need additional blankets. We were there for only 2 night so it was not a problem.
