This lovely 44m2 apartment is located on the ground floor.
The cosy and inviting living room features a comfortable sofa bed next to a stylish green chair and a smart TV above a classic fireplace. The hardwood floors add a warm and homey touch to the overall ambience.
The charming outdoor patio features a dining area with a wooden table and four matching chairs, perfect for al fresco meals or relaxing with a cup of coffee. The space is surrounded by lush greenery, with ivy climbing up the walls and providing a serene, private atmosphere.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Rapidly developing Battersea centres on its namesake park, home to fountains, a boating lake, and a Japanese-style Peace Pagoda overlooking the River Thames. The retired, art deco Battersea Power Station, with 4 towering chimneys, dominates the skyline. Battersea Arts Centre, in the 1890s town hall, presents comedy, music, and drama, and New Covent Garden is a huge wholesale market that sells flowers and produce.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest overground station, Battersea Park, is just a 12-minute walk.
Heathrow Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
