Many good and many bad things, but on the whole the good by far outweighed the bad. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The good: great location, close to everything but mercifully out of the tourist zone. Great view from both sides of the flat. Lots of light. Nice bathroom and fairly well equipped kitchen. Quite a lot of usable items provided, from tea bags to soy sauce to cleaning liquid to shampoo. Also excellent heating! At a time when London was unseasonably cold. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner provided. The bad: fridge door handle broken, living room blinds cannot be lowered due to a work table attached to the window frame, closets a complete mess and crammed with the owner's stuff, shower stuck on full pressure was incredibly wasteful of water, ceiling lamp in bedroom didn't work and table lamp flashed madly due to a loose contact. Kitchenware not particularly clean and everything had to be washed before use. No closet for clothes, just a hangar stand.

There were no instructions on how to get into the flat and when arrived at the venue at the agreed check in time there was no one to let us in. Had to find a new place to stay during our trip. Customer service was almost nowhere to be found during the incident and Guestready has been rather stingy about any type of compensation for ruining our holidays. Won’t ever use the service again and would never recommend it to anyone.
