Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

This place is the worst. It looks good in the pictures. The kitchen smells like sewer. The towels are yellow. The bedding is old and yellow. The heating in the sofa room is not enough so you have to sleep with a padded jacket. The shower drain in the bathroom is a problem. The floor is not cleaned so it is full of dust. The landlord is very talkative and does not improve. The key keeper who gives you the keys is very rude and is 0.5 miles away from the house. This is the worst place I have ever stayed.
