The flat does not have central heating. However, portable heaters and a blow heater are provided to keep the space warm and comfortable during colder months

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments. Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s) Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
