The shower floors were slimy. The toilet was not fastened to the floor properly. The sink was missing a stopper. The whole place needs to be knocked down."

"This was a perfect family-friendly vacation spot! The kids loved the pool and the lagoon! The Family Oasis room was perfect for our family! A king sized bed for Mom and Dad and bunkbeds for the kids to have their own space. The room was clean and stocked with towels, toilet paper, and bathroom essentials. We enjoyed the sunset cruise and restaurants on site, but also loved being able to venture off the resort! "
