"Spent one fabulous night enjoying the private outdoor onsen and exquisite in room dining experience. This Ryokan has pickup and drop off at the train station and you will need it. The location is somewhat remote and very hilly so plan to stay on site. Perfect for couples, the Zen relaxation room is lovely also."

"Overall this was a good stay This was our first time in a Ryokan so we were not sure what to expect. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and catered to our every need. The room was in traditional style where you sleep on futons, and have breakfast and dinner served to your room by the nice lady that is with you through your whole stay. Bathroom has a japanese toilet, and there is no shower in the room, instead you shower in the Onsen. What we did is use the Onsen, then have the evening...

"Enjoyed 2 nights with delicious breakfast at this very comfortable hotel. 2 minute walk to train on flat terrain. Stay in hotel, 2 wings and you'll be close to everything like snacks from 3 to 7 and alcohol and dessert from 7 to 10 pm. Unlimited drinks like water, soda and tea. Masseuse is excellent!"

"We stayed a total of three nights in April 2025. Very nice hotel with good dining as long as you plan and book in advance. It has public sauna and Onsen that we enjoyed. The biggest thing we liked was Mt. Fuji view from the terrace, it was breathtaking. As the hotel is located on a small hill, you need to book the shuttle down to the Yamanakako lake area or book a taxi at the front desk."
