"Pros: new property, excellent staff, very clean inside the hotel and in the parking lot, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, very nice bathroom, free coffee and tea, snacks and microwave meals available for purchase in the lobby, very quiet, pool, outdoor seating area, Walmart and restaurants across the street...the list goes on, honestly.
