"Karin was above and BEYOND FANTASTIC. We will be back just because of Karin’s excellent customer service. Not to mention Noah at the restaurant was super friendly and accommodating. Henry at the front desk was super welcoming and informative. This superior team made us feel like family and we can not wait to come back and stay longer."

"Overall the stay was wonderful except for the fact that on the third and final morning of my stay there was barely any breakfast available to choose from on the complimentary breakfast they offer because per the concierge, they are waiting for their food order to be delivered so that was very disappointing."

"Overpriced for what you get, my bed very little padding left sleeping on springs and there was a kid shot one night and died, a lot of tweakers, hobos, homeless bums, dealers, and various other sketchy people creeping around. I’ve even seen some trying to break into rooms that they were thrown out of because of failure to pay, and I’m convinced the positive reviews come from the sketchy people themselves, the staff does try very hard. The cleaning crew are great and friendly and the same with the office people, but the sketchy people are what is dragging the place down and they bring in more just like them to stay here it’s easy to see and spot"
