“Hotel location was very convenient. However, the room is quiet noisy, emergency vehicles, and drunken people on the street. Dated room facilities, freeze not cold, hard to turn on the tap.”

The Library area for guests is excellent, with work stations, comfortable chairs and tables. We would sometimes bring in take out food and eat it here. We did not try the breakfast. There were many options near by including Pret. ”

“Excellent service, best location, 4 mins walk from the underground and shopping area and next to the theatre. The interior design of the loddy, room and everywhere is amazing, you can find new detialing everyday. The room is comfortable as well. I will stay here in the next London trip.”

“The location is excellent, can walk to most of the sightseeing area and museum. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room size is not small and very clean. Just one small thing is the bath door which next to the bed, it has loud sound when close the bath room door. But it is not big deal. The hotel has valet parking. I will stay at this hotel again. ”
