“The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member……

“WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.”

“Our stay at the Grand Palladium in Cancun was unfortunately very disappointing. The biggest issue was that maintenance and repair work was taking place on the same floor as our room. The constant noise lasted for two days and completely disrupted what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. When we complained and requested a room change, the staff insisted that no work was being done on our floor and said they had no rooms available because the hotel was overbooked. When I showed them pictures……

El entorno es inseguro, abandonado en una zona peligrosa. El precio fue muy alto para lo que vale. No se otorgo factura, el responsable del hotel quería que pagáramos más dinero para generar la factura, cuando los impuestos se habían pagado por anticipado a hoteles.com , en el sitio de hoteles.com no se……

“Lotus: Clean rooms. Front desk is very informative. Taxi service is usually readily available right outside Lotus. They also have their own golf carts to rent. Spa treatment was great. Guru restaurant food at lotus was great (two plates we ordered ceviche and the black angus burger with truffle fries - best truffle fries I’ve had anywhere, ask for the habanero hot sauce it’s delicious) although they close the beach access from lotus relatively early in the evening you still have access to it……
