“The property is not at all what it says. There is not much variety of food especially Mexican. We have been here many times and something must be goin on because the check in was not a special check in like we used to have the entertainment is non existent the entire vibe is not there. The buffet for diner was not a buffet it was à la carte and also limited. It was a total of 5 dishes to choose from and the same ones daily. The pool has lots of cabanas but even those we have rented before with……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Really appreciated Juan's guidance and suggestions on excursions. And Vivian who is part of the activities personnel did a great job with her talk on turtles. However, i do think some other staff need improved training on protecting the turtles from guests who should not be using flashlights at night looking for turtles. I reported another guest for doing this and nothing was done about it.”
