"We stayed for a week during spring break. The location of the condo is perfection-a quick walk to the beach and restaurants, but just far enough away that you are in a quiet spot away from the action. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes-which means no doing dishes after every meal. :). We found the beds to be quite firm and the bed frames squeaky. The fridge does have water and ice, which was wonderful. Thanks for a great week!"

"We had a great week at Beachy Keen! The location is perfect right across from beach access. Very quiet location yet walkable to all the restaurants/ bars. The kids brought scooters, skate boards/ blades and were able to utilize the parking area for the beach in the evenings. Would def recommend this spot and would stay again!"

"The Octopus Lair was perfect for our stay. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and to lots of restaurants and shops. We also rented bikes and rode all around the island! The Lair was clean and most importantly had amazing AC. The property was very charming and we were lucky enough to see the local osprey nesting in her trees! If you had another couple vacationing with you, it would be perfect to have them rent the upstairs while you stayed downstairs. Would definitely stay here again."

"Simple, basic place to stay. Everything was good during our stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The only thing I personally did not like was that the beds were very firm. The water pressure for the shower and temperature were a little off as well. "
