"House was clean and has a well stocked kitchen, the local grocery store was a nearby Publix that had a nice selection of staples and their Ribeyes grilled up very nicely on the house grill. The blue binder in the dining room had very clear instructions on how to swap the pool / spa settings and made that easy to do. The pool maintenance people came as scheduled were quiet and did their work without interruption to our day. The spa heated up quickly and was relaxing after being in the sun all day…the warm pool made swims enjoyable on the chilly evenings.We would stay here again."

"It’s great you don’t have to go to wilderness Park at Disney to stay in this beautiful cabin. Waterview is so so, overgrown and there’s really no dock, overgrown. Made special memories with my family at the cabin, cabin was perfect."

"This home was the nicest we have stayed in since we have been visiting Florida. It had almost everything you needed to have a nice vacation. The pool was very clean and they provided plenty of pool towels. The home was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and all the necessities for keeping things cleaned up and tidy. We appreciated the king size beds in each bedroom. The one in the master is the best mattress I have ever slept on. The game room was a hit! We spent hours in there playing ping pong. The location was convenient to most things and the manager was great at responding to questions and concerns. "

"This is an amazing property. If I could give 10 stars I would have done it. We had a get together with 10 siblings and we had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, the pool was very relaxing, plus we were close to the beach. We hope to come back again."

"The house was in the perfect location for us. Short drive for beach days and quiet neighborhood for pool days. Ample amount of beach equipment. Walking distance to a grocery store was definitely a bonus. Pool was clean, lots of toys for kids which was perfect for us. Kept the little one busy. Rooms were a good size, everyone had their own downtime space with TVs in each room. Kitchen was beautiful and perfect for sitting around and chatting while cooking. The owner of the property was easily accessible and super accommodating. Highly recommend."

"The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The house had very nice amenities, comfortable beds, and a well appointed kitchen.Unfortunately, we were informed the day we arrived that the back yard and all the things pictured on the VRBO site - chairs overlooking the canal, outdoor grill, table and chairs - would be unavailable to us due to renovations to the backyard. After receiving our complaints and disappointment the host postponed the major construction piece - jackhammering the concrete patio - until we checked out. Still, the backyard and its amenities, a reason we chose this house, were unusable while we were there."
